This is without doubt the very worst Beefeater we have ever visited.

Firstly we arrive at 5pm to be told all the tables are booked so we would have to use the bar. At 7pm there are at least 50% of those tables still free. Maybe they know the service is awful and very slow so thought we would still be there when the guests arrived.

The service is awful and slow. Firstly they had one person serving at the bar with many people having to queue to order their food and drinks as they are clearly diverting everyone away from the restaurant. I had to ask three times for the kids dessert, even then there was no apology for the wait and no one took away our dirty plates.

The food was not really up to usual Beefeater standard. The Potato skins were rather undercooked. We only order these as our preferred option was out of stock.

Finally when sitting in the bar area there are people crowding around us as there was not enough staff to serve.

All in all a pretty poor experience from Beefeater.
