I m new in town and had an appointment with Cassan...

I m new in town and had an appointment with Cassandra. I had seen her once before 6 weeks ago and although she made my hair too white and used after coloring products without asking me (which raised my bill an extra $75), I decided to give it a second try. I had the unfortunate luck that morning of not being able to find parking and it raining and windy and stormy. I called them 3 min after my scheduled appointment to let them know I was trying to park and they made it seem like all was okay. I finally found a spot, paid the meter, schlepped my four-month-old baby and daughter through the windy rain. Now I was late, according to my watch, 17 min. Despite that she had booked me with extra time because we weren t sure if I would need a full or half highlight, she turned me away. Cassandra told me she didn t have enough time now because she double books and her other client was already there. Turning me away basically meant that she was losing a client but she didn t seem to care. Me standing there with two kids soaking wet. I understand having salon policies but I also think that she and the salon should judge the situation case by case and not forget about the person behind the hair. I was recommended to her by the owner of a local agency who has been using her for fashion related jobs. What they don t realize is that they lost more than one client this morning.
