Rose Hills has been amazing since my family had to bury my Mother 30 years ago. I had an issue about 3 years ago where my mom s flower pot was buried so deep and they fixed it right away and mailed me a letter notifying me it was fixed. I live in Arizona. A couple months later I was out here again and my Mom s headstone had sank quite a bit. Again I notified them of the issue. Of course they stated as there policy if it was anything to do with the plot we are responsible for the payment to repair. They fixed my moms and again mailed a letter stating that it was there fault from a broken sprinkler. It s hard to loose the ones you love but you also have to remember these people work everyday with grieving families don t make there jobs harder by being rude or nasty, just be kind because they will always work with you to take care of you no matter what, but they also have bills and employees to pay so yes there are costs to be covered. Thank you Rose Hills for keeping my Mom safe and taken care of.
