The business banker Thomas is very rude. I was eager to do business with Bank Of America. Today I called the River Oaks location in Calumet City IL with questions about my account. The business banker Thomas answered the phone and was very dismissing. While we were talking it seemed as if I was irritating him. I asked if he can look further into my account and he never did, never even asked for my name. He treated me so bad, it made me feel horrible. I asked to speak to his manager and he transferred me to customer service. I called the branch back numerous of times to speak with the manager and received no answer. I ended up closing my account, I was eager to do business with Bank of America but I can t believe I was treated this way. It s hard to believe Bank of America would hire people that s so cold hearted and can mistreat someone that s just trying to take care of business. I am very disappointed with Bank of America. I was even considering employment with Bank of America, I just had an interview with Michelle Beasley and Jolynne Fanter. Thomas ruined all chances of me ever stepping into a Bank of America location ever again. I would never work or bank for a company that has little to no regard for its customers. Thanks a lot Thomas for providing a horrible client experience, and ruining all chances of me ever doing business with Bank of America in the future.
