The rooms were not what I was told I would have, the hotel was mediocre and a bit aged, but other than that, the customer service was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised that you are not allowed to tip. When I did, the staff turned me down....who does that? Finally the drinks are unlimited. Too shelf too
