I do not recommend this salon if you are looking for highlights or a cut. I moved from Chicago and was really excited to go to a salon with high reviews and great prices. I brought in a picture of bright blonde hair and was informed I needed both highlights and low lights (even though my hair is dirty blonde). I said OKAY and my hair looks nothing like the picture- it is icky brown. When I complained I was told it would lighten up. Its been over a week and it is still a terrible color of brown and mismatched- I have had a better experience at Hair Cuttery. I was repeatedly told how "damaged" my hair is and that I needed a cut (even though i just had one last month). I said OKAY please do not cut a ton and maintain the layers. Literally she chopped 3 inches off blunt with no layers. Eyebrow wax- another mistake, had to be done multiple times in a row because her technique was not lifting the hair and then got sassy with me when I would ask for even. Keep in mind this was not the wax specialist they have in house but the hair stylist. I have NEVER been so unhappy with my hair- although I saved $$$ I wish I never went to this salon for this horrible experience, I am embarrassed to even have my hair down in public. If you are older and need an easy service-go, most people seemed really nice to their current clients but if you need color or a great cut- DO NOT GO THERE!
