The call center can generally only schedule appointments. Other matters are referred to the office, but they sometimes fail to return a call in a timely manner. Sometimes the call center forgets to open the phone lines and the IVR won't accept any input whatsoever. Every selection is met with "You have made in invalid choice. Please listen to the entire menu before making your selection." This goes on endlessly.
On the plus side, The dentists seem to be caring and professional, they accept almost any kind of insurance, and have state of the art technologies right on site. Some of the specialists have wonderful schedulers who do return calls and give you their email addresses in case you need to contact them directly.
