I brought my daughter in for an MRI and it was after hours so most reception desks were closed. I had dropped her off and said I d meet her after parking. We both got lost but I found Jerhone in 2nd floor radiology. He went way out of his way to help me find where she should be. She was still lost so he went and found her and showed us where to go. I was so grateful!! Then when he got back to his desk he called the Dept we were in to make sure we got there ok. Exceptional customer service!!! Please acknowledge this guy, he really made this place shine tonight.
