Cornelius came to our home on a follow up repair call and spent extensive time crawling in a very small, hard to reach area to determine why the unit that had just had new parts installed was not working. He found very small wires that needed to be reattached and fixed the problem. Without his perserverence, our unit would still not be working properly. We are grateful for his efforts and for the fact that he continued to explore causes for the malfunction of our unit.
