The computer broke two days after they fixed it and it wasn't really under warranty apparently as "Dell parts are fragile and breakage isn't covered. You were too hard plugging the power cord in" Although it's amazing we can plug our cell phones and our other two laptops in no problem but apparently we can't plug the Dell in. I was willing to pay the part which they were going to charge me 35 bucks for but apparently I still have to pay another $100 for the tech again so I guess the labor isn't under warranty either. So the warranty has so many loopholes I wouldn't consider the warranty and guarantee anything to count on. So we were out over $180. They were going to give us a deal of about $135 to fix it again even though it was only within a 10 days from the time I picked it up to the time I got it back into the shop. It took several days the first time I brought it in and at first they thought it was the motherboard which we were not even have any issues with the motherboard. I wouldn't recommend this place.
