Well I'll start out by saying that I've never gotten a professional facial before, so I have no basis for comparison. Jillian Boulanger was my esthetician today for the express facial. She started by discussing my concerns with me, going over my skincare routine, allergies, sensitivities, etc. Her demeanor demonstrated was both professional and extremely friendly. She put me at ease when I am normally a rather anxious person. During the facial we made conversation about my job, our pets, and it honestly felt like I was just hanging out with a friend. Jillian explained what every part of the process was and gave me some at home tips to enhance my skin care routine. She answered every question I had competently and considerately. At the end of my session, she took the time to write down all the tips she had given me. She also recommended a few of the products, which I'm sure is part of her job, but she did explain to me specifically why each one would be a beneficial addition to my routine and how to use them. The price of the facial was $45.00 and it lasted about 40 minutes. I am beyond thrilled with my experience and have booked a longer appointment in a few months. Thanks Four Elements!
