Thank you, Lisa. Board members, please join me in thanking Jackie for going beyond the call of duty in handling the FHA application process. Jackie has been working very hard on this effort since the day we found out that our FHA approval had expired. We are nearing the end of the application process, and Jackie is doing a tremendous amount of work to help our community. On several occasions during this process, she has refused to believe that documents did not exist or were not already available, and has been persistent in searching them out on our behalf. I have no doubt that we could not have pulled together this application in record time without Jackie's diligence.
