The place is beautiful but it can be better. It surely doesn't server a 4.7 score

Pros:
Beautiful hotel, rooma and pool
Excellent food
Good service (when you are lucky)
Great gym

Cons:
Bad and rude checking staff
Not enough beach chairs, you have to spend time looking for one or reserve.
Sometime wait to be seated in a restaurant of 45 minutes
Loud people thinking it's a 2nd spring break.
There is a night dress code that nobody tell you until the check-in.
