I had the bad luck of staying the weekend of January 23, 2011. First, that on arrival they did not have the triple room we had requested, and we had to wait. The room was dark and dirty. Meanwhile we went on a tour to the Ballestas islands hired from the hotel where in the middle of the sea THE FUEL WAS FINISHED and we had to wait for another boat to rescue us, above they wanted us to pay them. We went to the pool to clear the bad time but it was very small and the beach was dirty. In the night, when the fire happened, NO ONE told us there was a fire. And already the next day, the food fell lousy, the fish was spoiled. And they did not have a doctor to help you. I do not know if they will have improved since then, but I will not stay there again.
