Great sales team, but horrible service technicians...

Great sales team, but horrible service technicians. I took my truck in for a oil change, next day I notice a big oil leak. I then took my truck to a friend who is a mechanic and he discovered that the ford technician left a rag in the oil pan and also didn t tighten the oil filter. Because of a little mistake that could have been easily avoided I could have been out thousands of dollars. Will not return to have service done at Gwinnett place ford ever again.
