I was operated on last year (July 2019), absolute professionalism from doctors and nurses. THE ONLY BIG PECCA HAS BEEN THE ADMINISTRATION: Appointment set for 15/07/20 for the control visit, I LEAVE FROM NAPLES on the afternoon of 14 and arrive there in the evening, in Bologna. I arrive at the hospital at 10.30 on day 15 (appointment at 10.50), I do all the anticovid checks, I get in line for acceptance and SURPRISE, there were no visits that day! I was not notified in time, they did not send me any message IF NOT A TELEGRAM (which arrived home at 11.30 on the same day, I remember the appointment was at 10.50). A TELEGRAM. In 2020, you sent me a TELEGRAM to warn me that there were no visits. Scandalous. I move the visit to the following day, I kindly ask to be visited at a decent time: first visit at 16.30 (on paper) and for me who come from Naples, by car (luckily, otherwise I would have also lost the train money), it is a further insult. I explained the situation to the secretariat but nothing to do, appointment at 16.20. I leave the hospital at 7 pm, after hours of waiting for internal delays!
