If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would.
I had water damage to my home resulting in the entire exterior wall and siding needing to be removed. It's been 1 month since I filed my claim and still have no resolution. I have called and left 3 messages and not 1 call back. When I go to the website is says "claim concluded. Resolved". How is it resolved when no one has called me back or helped me!
Worst company and customer service I've ever dealt with. Having damage to your home is horrible and yet dealing with this company has been even worse.
