Horrible experience dealing with the staff in regards to my grandmother. Completely unprofessional, inpatients are treated without care. Nurses have bad attitudes and don't want to do their job. Rooms are infested with roches, it's completely unsanitary. You can never speak with a doctor on patient progress because they are never available apparently and the physical therapists are clueless and don't help to motivate the patient. And I find it very odd that there is not one Spanish translator available to assist Spanish speaking patients and to help translate to nurses, doctors, therapists, etc that only speak English.
