After two mails and a letter addressed to the consulate, I am still waiting for an answer from them.
I went to the "consular presence" in Rennes to renew my identity card. Very average home. I had to receive three weeks after a letter of the consulate then allowing me to receive the "cartao de cidadao". Nothing. No letter. No information.
