I ordered my sons birthday cake two days in advance. The cake was decided based on the theme of his party. I watched the lady write down each detail on the order form and it was done correctly. When I picked up the cake it was the complete wrong theme. And I was picking this cake up on the way to the party. The manager apologized and tried to fix it the best she could last minute. They didn t even have the correct cake decorations to fix it with as shown in the book that you order from. So they had to print off an image to go with the theme I had originally ordered. Then their printer wasn t working for the image and the computer had to be rebooted. The whole experience was such a mess. I don t understand how the cake was made wrong when the order form was right! They didn t charge me for the cake and I do appreciate the effort to fix the mistake. However me and my son were late to his own party that I paid so much money for because I had to wait an extra 25 mins for the attempt of fixing the cake. There s really no excuse for it.
