Customer service needs work here. The associates all seem either confused or nervous. Not very personable. I came into the store with my mind set on purchasing but I m disappointed in their associates. I bought the white carry on but the one that was showed to me has some scuffs on it so I asked for another one. Didn t want to buy a new suitcase that was already scuffed. To my disappointment the associate came back out to tell me that was the last white one. I honestly feel like it was a lie. I had no choice but to buy it because I would be traveling in a few days. ALSO, I never received my electronic receipt (checked my spam folder and everything). Definitely expect better service for the price of merchandise being sold.

Update: after the previous incident, I was contacted and was told to come back so they can switch out my suitcase. The associate there noticed right away that my luggage was not rolling correctly and apologized on behalf of the previous associate that sold me the lemon .
I also recently lost my battery pack and contacted customer service and they were amazing. My warranty had expired by a few weeks and I offered to buy a replacement battery pack but they shipped one to me for free.
