It's been 2 days since I am trying to speak with a customer representative. Horrible. I stay on hold for a total of 3 hours in 2 days. Still on hold. Love my Sportage but your customer service is the worst I have seen. And been dealing with you since 2013 when I first bought my first kia. Absolutely horrible.
