It has been a pleasure to work with Home River Group. Our neighborhood association hired their services about a year and a half ago. In that time, we have been able to streamline many of our Association s processes and improve the aesthetic value of the neighborhood through proper vendor management. Their staff is knowledgeable of Property Management and got up to speed with our neighborhood s documents rather quickly. Last, our property manager, has been friendly and always there to accommodate our homeowners requests in a timely manner.
