I'm not sure if Lucas Car Care is legit or not. What I do know is that everytime I take my car in I spend a boatload of money that I really don't think is necessary. I don't think it's cheaper than taking it to the actual BMW Dealership. Craig assured me during my 80,000 mile check up that I would be good to go... I spent $3000 on my vehicle - not all at once, but as I could until the check up was done. $3000 I spent with this company and they told me my car would be in tip top condition and I shouldn't have to come back except for standard maintenance. Now, I have some kind of leak coming out of my car which I paid for new gaskets, new hoses, etc. and they are wanting to gauge me for another $1000. I am not impressed with Lucas and while I was hoping I found the right car care place for me, I really think I've been ripped off. If you can prove me wrong I will gladly erase this review.
