I booked this place for my husband Christmas gift.
He is a wheelchair photographer and he was so looking forward to visit this place.
I contacted the office in advance to confirm about a ticket for a person with disability.. they replied to me
There is no ticket needed for a person with disability and no need to make extra reservation.
So I purchased one ticket and went there with my husband..
We waited in line for about 40 min to get in.. we finally reached to the entrance to show the ticket to get in.
I showed one ticket.. and a staff asked me where is one more ticket..? I said he is on wheelchair..
He asked where is the disability proof.. I replied he is on wheelchair.. how can I more to proof he has a disability.
I asked if I need to purchase one more ticket for him then I would like to purchase one.. then he said he needed to
Talk to a manager.. manager came and said.. all tickets for the day had already sold out.. so he cannot get in..
He asked my husband if he has any proof of disability from his own country.. Canada.. sigh
They have zeo consideration for people who has physical challenge..
I asked him if I can get my money back as there is no point going in myself leave my husband behind..
They say NO they do not return money.. they do not let us purchase one more ticket.. they do not change a date when we can come together..
Very very poor hospitality.. their amusement park name is border-less.. but I found there are so many boarders they created..
Zeno flexibility, Zeno respect for customers Zero customer service skill..
I do not recommend this place at all..
