Very disappointing experience. I stayed at the hotel for a week and initially when I did the booking I was mentioned that I will be getting a Microwave. Then, upon arrival I was told that they do not have a stock of the microwave. I had to chase them up to get one installed in my room the following day. They took 200 USD for 4 nights of stay in advance as incidental expenses and upon check out I was told that the money will be refunded back to my account in 5 working days into my Travelex card. It has been 2 weeks now and I am still waiting for the refund. This causes a lot of confusion between me and my company as this is a business trip expensed by the company. While the facilities in the hotel were all excellent, taking 200 USD and then not having the courtesy to call the customer over the phone to keep him/her updated on the refund shows a very careless attitude on behalf of the management. Very disappointing.
