Has gone downhill since going private. Why am I paying more for a worse service? Doctor was lazy and uninterested. Made mistakes on the med cert. This has never been an amazing clinic but that was forgivable as it was 100% bulk billed - have to provide a better service if you expect people to pay for it. Will say that the reception staff were lovely and warm
