I am rating the Starbucks a 1 star because they ruined my coffee experience today. I ordered a Salted Caramel Mocha Latte and I said hot, please. It came cold and the young lady working rolled her eyes at me when I said, "I ordered a Latte, and I said hot." She then remade my drink in two seconds and it wasn't even warm but I walked away because I didn't want to deal with her attitude again. The lady who took my order even put my name and order on a cup that serves hot beverages...
