Women's Clinic: It has it's good days and bad. I believe they are under staffed which cause long waiting . Be prepared to wait sometimes from 45mins up to 3 hours to be seen.
The nurses and staff are nice. I would recommend Rema Shaji shes very attentive to you as a patient.
Pharmacy : They have the doors open for you to get a ticket like around 8:00am but don't open until 9:00am.
Took my first born here Back in March for her first check up don t recommend Dr.Denise Mozone-Marshall She s really rude.
Dr. Berry is a great doctor. I love that she is bilingual and able to communicate effectively with my mother who has a little trouble communicating in English.

Worse than if I were lining up. Yame there because I am looking for a gynecologist I need an urgent appointment and he tells me that they do not have antler in a month that if I still want it I told him yes and he says but for what? Because he's softening me because he wants her urgently, right? And I answered yes, but I can be here to have a checkup and I never did a check and I answered that I could not and that the checkups are after having a child every 3 years and he did not give me anything .
I give him a pork star is the least I can give him because if he could, I'll lie to him

This is for the finance department all the women who work there are sooo racist and they are soo rude, they need to hire some one else. Ive been going to Hatcher station since ive seen how they treat people.

Every time I try to call Dr. Berry s office to set up an appointment they never answer the phone. It s so frustrating because I love Dr. Berry! This whole location when you try calling the main line to get through no one picks up either. This whole building needs to go back and learn customer service.

Rude Staffing, Never agree with anything told by the hospital Staffing or Parkland Patient Relations... Also the waiting is crazy they have 7 Windows but only 2 open non peak hours and only 3 opened peak hours... And the purple slips they give you to return later even if name is on board you have to wait even though they say come straight to the window... They need to get on the same page as the clinic they support
With free or near free public health car one can not expect the same level of service of private healthcare. Parkland does a great job considering the volume of people and the available resources. Parkland provides some of the best public healthcare in the country.

The Pharmacy staff and the Supervisor here are very rude and disrespectful. They don't work under pressure well and they need to learn customer service manners and professionalism
If I could give you 0 stars I would! The lady that s at the front desk of the laboratory is rude! Someone supposed to feel welcomed when they come here and she just makes it uncomfortable. Shame on whoever hires people here.
Laboratory Staff is fast, friendly and efficient.
Dr. Berry is an excellent pediatrician always thorough with my children's health; her staff are wonderful caring people. This clinc has friendly staff always willing to answer a question; kind and helpful people here.
I havent been to the dictir in 5 yrs. Yesterday was my new patient appt. I dont remember my docs name but shes in suite 340. She took very good care of me & the staff did to. I went back today for xrays & labs. Staff was very nice & efficient. I was done in 30 minutes. Thank yall for the wonderful visits. I hope my doc sees this. My name is angela zuniga. The black lady at the front desk is rude & unprofessional! Maybe if they hired people who actually have customer service skills they could get people in & out faster!!

Customer service is soo bad here. Let s not mention getting someone on the phone. I ve called and called for 2 weeks and it sounds like someone always picks up the phone and hangs up. I finally showed up in person and they told me I would have to call, they give me a direct line but that number is not in service .

Customer service is underrated. Some staffs are pleasant n others are ill mannered unfortunately. They project their dissatisfaction with the way they treat patients. They need more n lots of patience n understanding in dealing with the sick n the needy,

10/04/18. My experience at this place was not very nice, my sister and I visited this place...She had check pregnancy 8:30 am and arrived at this time and it was rejected and the representante ... It wasn't friendly and return it and she explained to the worker for a chance. And at the same time the worker countered, saying that I arrived late, prior. By that she told us that if he arrived a few minutes later I could be served, There people watched what she said, and recommended to talk with a social worker...I decided to say nothing, and hope to share this experience to scalacion Department .. Also could look at in another room with personal attendants whose window had. And some people more were seated and a worker told them they had that move and.. Go to your home and make another appointment... I really can not understand what happens in this place I ask for a name of worker was a lady named Sandra.
I love Kim she has taken good care of me and she's fast never had to wait on her for very long.
Dr. Berry is a awsome pediatrician and very patient! She's great with the kids I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.!

They schedule you and want you to be there 30 minutes early just to see you an hour later. They are very slow.
Wow this is the worst women health center, long wait time, even if you have an appointment, they told me arive 30 min early, only to wait for 4 hours. The nurse dint wash her hand...yuck. I mean she wore gloves but if you are gonna wear gloves and touch any surface, it's no longer sterilized.
I don't think these are professionals.
Pity service I am from the one being attended and they are going to be 4 and the doctor is not
I really disliked the service from the financial service people. All the ladies that work in that office are difficult to work with and rude. They don t take their job seriously and don t believe in customer service. I understand that you have to see 100 people a day, but the experience is ruined with their ugly attitudes. The front desk people in the actual Doctor s office are friendly and welcoming. Financial service people need to take some notes and learn from the rest of the staff.
Super slow with the financial service people. No point in having an appointment if im going to be seen an hour later because the financial service people have to see you first and have 20+ people in front of you. Very frustrating. Haven t seen any improvements and many people have complained!
parkland hospital is great but this clinic sucks! i mean the people who work there are great but the wait time is horrible i had an appointment the for two did not get seen until three thirty and the total process, which would take about twenty to thirty minutes at any other clinic took another two hours just to get a check up... the really need to hire more people.
As of now I have called exactly 10 times and no answer, worst service ever! I still need an update on when my appointment is and have been on hold and then hanged up on each time!! 0 stars if I could.

Everything sucks! The customer service, the doctors, the wait time, the receptionist, everything!! I only continue to go to it because it close to my parents house. Find another clinic if you want actual service.
You know I was very scared to go to that clinic or any other in Parkland but I felt so bad that I had to go, and that day I was laid out as queen it was my first time there they did everything they had to do to me and thank God everything is fine Now I am already Registered and I can continue doing my check-ups, I think that if we go with a good attitude, we will find good people, but those people who do not do their job well only report it to her, the clinic and all the other staff, it is not their fault, but I do understand that there's always going to be someone who doesn't like their job and not just there anywhere else out there of those kinds of people

Very rude...Can never get ahold of anyone by phone and when you finally do they are rude as heck..I would never recommend anyone to this clinic
