I called this morning (October 5 2020 at 9:38am) with some questions about a balance that I already resolved. The lady who answered my call was not professional, ethical and seemed like had an authority and anger management issues..Every time I tried to explain the reason for my call she interrupted me with no empathy at all, she even took the liberty of telling me "Stop, talking over me" with a very angry tone when she was the one interrupting me to cut me off the phone. At the end of the call she left me hanging..I said thank you but the only thing I heard back was the hang up tone. I wish they do something about this. That lady needs help.
