I have paying my loan for years and then with Covid 19 I applied for the loss of income from Hollard and they have approved my application and paying the loan every month , but DirectAxis is still taking the money or trying by debit order. I tried several times to call Direct Axis but with no success. You hold on for a half an hour and then the line goes dead. I also send them an email requesting not to take the debit order, but no luck. I have also tried FNB for help, but they say they can not cancel the debit order. Every time FNB now sends the debit order back and charges me R120.00. My children paid money in my account for essentials and Direct Axis took it.
