Really don't bother ,, customer service is zero......

Really don't bother ,, customer service is zero.... so many people on here complaining about the same thing makes you wonder why!!!!.. buy from another bike manufacturer who might care about their customers
Ordered a bike with a delivery date of the following week, two days later have an email saying delivery date is 7 weeks later... no response from customer services as they are incapable of replying to emails .. absolute joke makes me wonder if the whole thing is a scam ????
