Thank you Shavitz and Cornelius. Despite Cornelius had some discomfort in his knee he was so through in explaining every detail and ensured Jesse (who is fairly new) to do a very through job on the furnace. He answered every questions I have and offered to speak to my renters to explain future care for the furnace. He has been the most knowledgeable among all I have spoken to in the past about my furnace and filters. I could not have asked for a better service today. I felt a friendship, kindness and I thank Shavitz for such an excellent job.
