Do not use this company. Inspector Matt Eddinger left a hot wire in my attic. Luckily only ruined our ac unit, but could have burnt down our whole house. Now he is refusing to take care of the issue he created. Also just found today smoke detectors without batteries in our home. So not only could our house have burnt down, but we could have not be notified in time from lack of working detectors. These people should be reported to the state and not allowed to inspect anyone s homes.
