I have bought a flat which is just on papers that ...

I have bought a flat which is just on papers that they have taken 3.7 lac ..still after 4.5 years I have not received possession..they hung up phone on you because now your money is with them..they will not return the money as company policy..with not give you flat possession as market is down..make all reasons that they can in order to take more money and time. will post more review as experience with them is not fine up till now.
