I know only 3 persons who are attached with HHE. Trainer Ungrish, coordinator Chandrika, and Kounal. I have never stepped either into their offices or attended a class in person. I was an online participant in a recent CDCW course.
What I liked about these people is their awareness that they have to exist and thrive in a stiffly competitive buyer's market. They were meticulous and 'organically' dedicated. Course material and technical support were excellent but the human side was paramount!

"Indrajit, Are you there ?''....perhaps 50 times Ungrish questioned in the 4 days ( I was an online participant). I could see his eyebrows twisted and made me feel him be a worried shepherd looking for a lost lamb!. He relaxed when I declared my presence. Chandrika has all the qualities of a coordinator rather the face of the organization.

I am very content!
