We had an estimate today with Ray to check out some water we've been getting in our basement crawlspace. He was extremely courteous and asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what the issue was and could come up with the best possible solution. We were honest with him and let him know we had been collecting other estimates as well.
After reviewing exactly what needed to be done, Ray was very honest with his pricing and what they could do for us. Unfortunately Dry Guys just wasn't the best fit for the type of work we needed to have done. But Ray was a pleasure to speak with and we will be sure to be in contact if we ever have similar issues in the future.
