Not thrilled with my experience 2 days after Chris...

Not thrilled with my experience 2 days after Christmas in trying to exchange a pair of Darn Tough socks for the right size! I thought it would be easier to drive to Burlington from Richmond to your store where my family has accounts & most likely purchased on Chistmas eve than to contact people out of town. However, I was sorely disappointed.
A customer service clerk stated that they did not carry that style & it did not have your sticker! Really ?!!
He never attempted to ask an MOD or
co worker to find out how to handle this. I was hoping to purchase a jacket & boots but quickly changed my mind. My years in customer service & retail sales has taught me that the customer is king! However, that was not my experience at OGE yesterday!
I goggled Darn Tough socks & your store is the only one that states it is a return store.. hummm all I wanted was an exchange for the correct size!
