I love to give positive reviews, but this time I can't.

I have worked with real estate agencies in Vienna for 13 years and have never experienced such unprofessional behavior.

I was looking for an apartment and contacted the real estate advisor via email about an apartment. (Out of consideration, I am not sharing your name here, if an answer should come from this agency and this is what you want - I can do that.)

A response after confirming the data protection declaration came quickly (one star for it).
The real estate consultant from IMV Immobilien Management has emailed us three possible appointments (three days with a time window) for viewing the apartment. We responded with a selection. There was a short answer "no free appointment that day" (?!).
Ok, that's not that difficult to understand :) - but shouldn't you automatically suggest alternatives to your customers or just briefly mention what is still available? Would be kind of nice at least.
How else should I know which times are free and which are not.

Another short e-mail followed with the request to send an alternative. There was no answer, then I reached the real estate agent by phone. She asked me that "I should be patient until the evening that she is sitting in the car and not having your computer in front of her. She will then send me the alternative appointments in the evening".
OK no problem.

Waited two days and nothing came. Then again I wrote an e-mail with a reminder and called again and said the same thing on the phone "Please wait until I'm in the office in the evening, then I'll send you the alternative in the evening".
And so went the whole week ..... Until this morning I received an unfriendly, arrogant e-mail from the real estate consultant, I quote: "I have sent you the suggested dates SEVERAL TIMES - even after the last phone call - and when I am driving I can not tell you this - understandably -. There has been a rental offer since yesterday, the apartment is no longer available for rent. "

I think to myself - that should be a joke and you can even laugh - what amateurish and cheeky behavior for a real estate consultant, whom I should normally give a lot of money out of my pocket for a placement job.

Unfortunately, very disappointed as a customer and will continue to spread this bad experience from this real estate agency.
