I was the gray haired lady roaming around the car dealership near closing one week night, when I met William Li. He's the most personable, honest, cut-to-the-chase kinda guy, offering a test drive even though it was closing time. I declined with a promise to return the next day, which I did. He was not pushy. In fact he was chill and fun. He made my buying experience a really fun adventure & I'm happy with my new *blue* Mazda 3 Sedan GS Sky. He treated me with such care, patience and respect.
