this was a first class demonstration of how to create a raving fan of a customer. From beginning to end of the sales and delivery process it was seamless faultless and just an overall pleasure that finally someone did what they said they would do. The salesman Christian knew his stuff and successfully helped me chose the right machine for our family, not over selling or pushy just offering sound advice an overcoming objections.We came to an arrangement to pick up the old machine and they also picked up a fridge which was not being replaced by them... this is the extra mile. At 4.30 pm on Friday I expected to be told Monday delivery, no Saturday, I was told i would get a text by 7,30 giving me the delivery window. yes and at 7,30 the text delivery between 12 and 2. 1.30 saturday i get a phone call delivery there in 15 mins, sue enough the guy was there very helpful in all aspects . So far I would highly recommend Marks electrical, good prices a vast range of product but more than anything which is where they have differentiated themselves, a great customer service experience provided by great people. Mark who ever you are congratulations take care of your staff and make sure you reward them highly compared to the rest of the industry to ensure you have staff retention and thus maintain the very high standards
