I have bought from Cakes by Carol on several occasions and the customer service has always been excellent. Great communication and quick delivery and Carol herself is so helpful. I use the Sharp Edge Smoother almost daily in my professional cakemaking business and it has dramatically cut down the amount of time it takes to achieve a flawless finish with super sharp edges. One of my favourite tools. I can't recommend Cakes by Carol and the Sharp Edge Smoother highly enough.
