NEVER ORDER BIG PACKAGES at home !!!! The scam is pure: you choose a delivery date when ordering on their site and in the end this date is not respected at all! They do what they want and you adapt. I tried to call customer service twice and the two people I spoke to were as incompetent as each other. Unable to provide an answer or simply to change anything to the fate of the order. Result I ordered for more than 1000 of furniture at home. Furniture that I will never see and that will be returned home since I will not be at home to receive the order that I am imposed on a date that I did not ask for. And during that time my money will be at home and I can always wait I do not know how long to get my money back. It's amazing to be so NULL !!!!!!!! BAND OF INCAPABLES !!!
