I purchased my motorhome at Tom Raper's. I was very happy with the experience and the motorhome. My problem is with the service department. I made an appointment for Dec 3, 1014 to have the unit winterized. I dropped it off on Dec 2. When I made the appointment I mentioned that the left turn camera flickered when making a turn and that the clear plastic cover on the dashboard was cracked. I asked if they could order the plastic cover at that time but was told that they would have to look at it before they could order it. When I dropped it off on 12/2 they asked if I was in a hurry to get it back. I told them that I had no trips planned. After about two weeks I called the service department because I had not heard anything from them. The call went to voice mail even though it was during business hours. I left a message and phone number but received no call. I called again about 5 days later and again got their voice mail. Left a message and number again and never heard from them. The next call was on 12/29 which again went to voice mail. I received no call back but I did receive an email asking me what they could do for me. I replied to the email asking about my motorhome. He said that it was winterized but they had not had a chance to look at the other things but he would try to get in in that week. On 12/31 he emailed that the camera was fixed and the part was ordered. I received another email on 1/12 to let me know that all repairs were complete and I could pick it up anytime. I picked it up on 1/14. The plastic cover on the dash was replaced but as I drove it home I found that the left turn camera still flickered when it is turned on. I emailed the service department to let them know that when I bring the unit in for the free annual inspection that I expect them to fix the camera.
