My sister found the car she was looking for here. A used car. Unfortunately she fell in love with it. There's no other way to say it but truthfully the guy we dealt with, shady. Pressure and cornering tactics.
I know it's his job, it's how he provides for himself but it made me feel so uncomfortable and I wasn't the one buying the vehicle.
When we came back for the second time to make sure she wanted the vehicle he again tried to get us in the office with some other guy after I explained that we did not have the time. The finance guy he gave us to talk to on the first visit came over asked how we were and I explained that I did not have time to see anyone. He said it was fine and said we could go. The salesman threw his hands up in the air and said it was all on him then. Very professional ...
So she goes to the bank gets the cheque and was told she could come anytime to get the vehicle. When she arrives she's told that they were not expecting her until after 4pm. So the car was not ready.
She left and returned later that day to find in the back seat to something that appeared to be gum. We didn't notice this the first 2 times we looked at the car, but they didn't see it either.
She waited for them to clean it, only to find after that they were so aggressive with it that they damaged the seat.
To the owner who replied to my rating, if you really are the owner. I know my opinion doesn't mean that much, I wasn't even your customer. The experience and observations I made as my sister purchased a car from you. I gave a 3 star only because of the finance guy we spoke to.
