Rancho manages my condo unit in the Maynard's Block development. One of the appliances provided by the developer failed within the first year of operation and getting it replaced under warranty did not go smoothly. My tenant was without a fridge for 5 weeks. This was of course unacceptable

However, Rancho management did the right thing. They have accepted full responsibility for the errors and are paying compensation to the tenants for their inconvenience.
