This was by far the worst experience I've had at a hotel. We went in our room (212) and got settled. We turned the heat on and the room started to have a strange odor. After the system warmed up the smell got stronger and worse. It smelled like old urine. The phone in the room didn't work so I can to go down the hall and use the phone in my Aunt's room. By the way their heart wasn't working but someone came up and fixed it. The man at the front desk moved us to another room. We packed our stuff and moved to the other room (203). We got in that room and got settled. We started to prepare for bed and went to take showers. The tub was filthy with a dark ring around it. The phone in this room was unplugged but we found the cord and plugged it back up to call down to the front desk. He was going to move us to another room but we opted not to do that since we were settled on this room and the heat was working with no odor. He didn't offer to have someone come clean it for us. So, we asked if we could have some cleaner to clean it ourselves. After, I took the cleaner and the towel that was given back to the front desk to show him we were not crazy and the tub was indeed dirty and gross. The shower was not hot it was warm at best. The next morning we went downstairs to eat breakfast and it was an ok selection with the exception that they had spoiled fruit as an option to eat. We were so fed up with our stay that at this point we'r just wanted to leave. We checked out and left. We will not be staying at this hotel EVER again. I recommend you go somewhere else!!! A picture of the towel is attached as well. And this was after using the cleaner and ringing it out. Imagine what it looked like before.
