This review is long overdue. We stayed for two free certificate nights in early October 2017 and had a wonderful time, not only because of the beauty of the property but the outstanding customer service of the staff, especially Brendan from the front desk. I'm a gold Ritz member and Brendan showed he appreciated our loyalty by waiving our parking and resort fees and making us feel very welcome. We would most definitely hire him if we needed someone in customer care or management.
