Shrewd sales tactics, this would of been my first contact with this place, and I was actually excited that there was a place close that seemed to have what it is I may need along with classes. I have no experience in production and need equipment for my profession. All in all, one has 3 seconds over the phone to make an impact on me, if not I m gone. And I was disappointed my questions could not be addressed over the phone! I was instructed to come on in and we will go from there. While I understand the amount of inventory they have, I found it challenging to believe that a professional in this line of work could not provide any indication of what may best fit me needs with the areas that I would need to Video in. Becoming more and more uncomfortable that my questions could not be answered, I asked the inevitable, I asked the sales person, was he or did he have experience in this field? The response I received would of been grounds for me to revise how I train my employees. I know, your waiting to hear the response , here it is, use your own discretion on how you decide to make your purchase, this is what was said, Laughter, if I was a professional, I wouldn t be working here, this is a camera store!
