Worst airport I have been to. My girlfriend and I had a layover in Houston enroute from CUN to LAX. We are both Canadian citizens. She got through customs in 15 minutes. They pulled me aside and put me in a separate line due to an issue with processing my declaration form. My line took two hours. If our United Airlines flight were not delayed 3 hours, we would have missed it. (Our UA flight was delayed due to an issue with the engine, no complaints though as the pilot was kind and explained the situation well.) The staff at IAH were harsh and did not address the questions of people in the longer line.
